We left at 2:30 am because the noise just wouldn't stop. The pellet stove was running, with a half-open bag of pellets sitting on top of the loading hatch. That felt like sheer carelessness. The owner was very unpleasant, and the place was very dirty. Avoid at all costs!

We arrived at 5:35 PM to find the gate shut, so we called. At 5:45 PM, we were told we'd have to pay cash and that the gate would open at 6:00 PM, so there was time to find an ATM. There wasn't even change for two €50 notes: we were given €70 out of €100, and had to ask for the remaining €30 when we left around 7:30 PM, at a restaurant. The only restaurant suggestion was McDonald's. Meh. The duvets had been put on backwards, with the buttons facing up. Breakfast was prepared an hour early, the hot milk was lukewarm or cold, and making hot chocolate wasn't possible. I used the microwave in the back kitchen, which was greasy all over. Yuck. We're still waiting for the invoice by email. The place was listed on "HOTEL.COM," but the young man who welcomed us said it was "homestay accommodation." The welcome was very basic, with no frills. Run far away, or leave as fast as you can. Don't go there.

The room was pleasant, spacious, clean, and well equipped, with very good quality bedding. I had a good chat with the owner, who was welcoming and available. Yes, there are a few things to improve, and at first you might wonder where you've ended up, but I found some of the comments very harsh. I was received very well, and would recommend it for a quiet little break.
