Breakfast was a real highlight, with a huge choice, including a local rice pudding that I was delighted to have each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Our clean, comfortable room had efficient, quiet air conditioning, and even my light-sleeping partner heard no noise overnight. We stayed three nights at Hotel Kyriad near Honfleur. We chose it because we needed guaranteed parking and I was a little worried about being outside the town, but the walk to the harbour was pleasant. After dinner, the roughly 25-minute walk back was a nice way to stretch our legs, and the area itself was quiet and pleasant. The only small change I'd make is to the coffee, which came from an automatic machine, though that seems common in hotels now. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend it.

We booked two rooms for August 16th. When we checked out, we discovered that neither room's air conditioning worked. It was very hot in mid-August. We called reception, and the manager checked the units and confirmed they weren't working. He said the air conditioning worked in other rooms, but that he couldn't do anything for us. He didn't offer to move us to rooms with working air conditioning or give us a refund. The reviews had been glowing, so we expected good service, but what we experienced was far from those online reviews.

I've stayed here several times, and the rooms have been updated recently. It's handy for a stopover, with McDonalds and Lidl nearby. The hotel serves breakfast, though I haven't tried it.
