The staff made a real difference, always friendly and helpful, and ready with local tips. Our room felt cozy and personal, with a comfortable bed and a warm charm that made it easy to relax after exploring. Check-in was smooth, parking was simple, and everything worked as it should. You're right across from the water and in the middle of everything, so getting around is easy. Even with that central spot, the motel felt welcoming and relaxed. A lovely little find with a nice mix of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

Victor, the owner, was kind and very helpful, and our Labrador was greeted by the owners Golden Retriever. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet, spacious, clean, and comfortable the room was, well above what we'd expected. The location is excellent. I'd highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

We felt very at home with Victor and the team at L'Absinthe Hôtel, and we'll definitely come back. The staff were lovely and courteous, and the breakfast was generous and really tasty. We spent three wonderful days in Honfleur at this historic hotel.

We only stayed one night at L'Absinthe Hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. Raphael at the desk welcomed us warmly, suggested sights to see in Honfleur, and arranged personalized breakfast service. Downstairs, there's a nice communal room and an honor bar in the lobby. Our room was on the top floor of the second building, overlooking the harbor. It was beautiful and just right for our family of three. The location made it easy to walk to the sights and restaurants.
