We loved the food, especially the two portions of Mussels marinière and the one portion of mussels in cream. The staff were really friendly and the service was great. Eating outside was relaxing and calm. We’ll definitely come back.

The ambience was good, and I liked the Cesar salad. I also tried a seafood stew with mussels, salmon, shrimps, and some other fish. I can’t remember its name. It was my first time trying that kind of seafood dish, and I thought the taste was just average, okay.

At 18:00, a really rude waiter said we couldn’t sit at one of the many empty tables for an aperitivo because they wanted dinner customers instead. Luckily we found a nicer place with friendlier staff. When we passed by at 19:00, the table we’d wanted was occupied by just one person. They lost customers and revenue. There are plenty of better options. Adieu!

We ordered 12 oysters and a glass of Chardonnay for lunch. I’ve never had such a bad serving in France. They came on a platter with salt underneath, no ice, and the lemon was resting on the salt and tasted salty. The oysters were barely open and still attached to their lids, so we had to finish preparing them ourselves. Maybe the idea was to make them look really fresh, but given the temperature and the price, €25 for the oysters and €6 for the wine, it was a catastrophe. We even wondered if we were on a Candid Camera Show and looked around. Walk away, you don’t need this experience. The only good thing was that we didn’t get a bad stomach.

We picked this restaurant because the surrounding places all had ridiculous children’s chairs, and we wanted adult chairs. The meal began well with good Foie Gras, but then my Sole was cooked to death, like fish jerky. The salads were good, at least. Getting the bill took half an hour after we asked, and we had to make three trips to the bar to get it and pay. We looked the place up online once we were back at the hotel. Oops. Disgusting and still expensive.
