We booked at the last minute, and this guest house ended up being one of the best parts of our trip. Mia and Christian were so kind and friendly, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. Our big, beautifully decorated room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious on the lovely terrace, with views of the forest and their two cute donkeys. There's parking right in front of the house, and you can walk to downtown Honfleur.

We could park at the property, then walk to the center of Honfleur in about ten minutes. The welcome was warm and the service highly professional. Our room was extremely well insulated from street noise, and the bedding was excellent. Breakfast was generous and delicious. I highly recommend it.

The owners made us feel so welcome at La Claire. They were friendly, took time with their guests, and gave us excellent tips for outings and restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable bedding. We also loved the generous homemade breakfast. A superb stay, and we highly recommend the place. Eric and Maryse
