It was clean enough, and the staff did help with our luggage issues. They were a little hard to find when we needed information, though.

Great location and plenty of potential, but the apartment needed basic care and maintenance. It was dirty, and the towels were still damp and hadn't been washed.

The reception staff greeted us warmly when we arrived for our Wonderbox stay, booked for September 26th to 28th. But there weren't enough parking spaces for all the residence's vehicles. When we looked around the apartment, we found a broken shutter, which left us without power for the weekend, a dirty interior, and exposed screws near the bed, so safety felt neglected. We called reception at 5:50 PM. They said no one could repair the shutter until the next day and that there were no other apartments available in the residence, so we left. Since no solution was offered, we contacted our legal insurance to seek compensation. We're very disappointed with the service and strongly advise against staying here. The photos show what we found.
