We spent a whole week here. The owners were very friendly, and breakfast was really good. The pool was great too, and the rooms were lovely. The house itself is beautiful, with thoughtful decor from the entrance all the way up the stairs and into the rooms.

We especially enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it was, which made this a perfect place for a relaxing break. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and we could also make use of the swimming pool. It’s a beautiful house with a lovely garden, and we were made to feel very welcome.

We had a delicious, generous meal by the fireplace one evening. Our hostess was warm and welcoming, while also discreet, efficient, and always available. The room was lovely and tastefully decorated, and breakfast was very good too. We highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed at La Blanche Girondine three times now, and the welcome is always warm. The house is beautiful, with lots of thought put into making guests comfortable, and there’s a pool for cooling off. We’ve tried two rooms: an upstairs family room made up of two adjoining rooms, and a large garden-level room with Chinese touches. Breakfast was fantastic, and the service is always top-notch, including advice and cycling routes.
