We had a perfect apartment, with nothing to complain about. The small terrace faced the golf course and had no overlooking neighbors. The grounds were magnificent and peaceful, just 2 minutes from Houlgate. A lovely residence for spending a few days in this superb region.

Apartment #69 is badly dated, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. You can't take a proper shower unless you're at least 1.20 meters tall. I don't think everything is booked this time of year, and this place would be better left unrented. Lagrange surely has the means to renovate it. Luckily there were only two of us. I can't imagine two adults trying to sleep on the living room sofa. Disappointed with the apartment.

The southern exposure and view over the golf course are real pluses. Clair Vallon is in a great location and the residence is very well maintained.

The residence is fine, but apartment 69 needs a serious renovation. Avoid it if you can.

It was a peaceful spot with a pleasant view of the Houlgate golf course. But the residence is poorly maintained. Cleaning hadn't been done before we arrived, and the oven was dirty and rusty. If you're fussy about cleanliness, this isn't the place.
