Best Western Plus Hotel Hyeres Cote D'azur, Hyeres

The whole team made us feel at home, with a warm welcome and friendly smiles everywhere. Our room was spacious and spotless. They happily brought extra towels, room service had no extra charge, and the baby cot was free. There was a cozy nook in the garden, a baby-friendly pool heated just right in early May, and free parking. We added another night without trouble, then were allowed to check out around 1pm with no fuss and a big smile. Simply flawless. Thanks to everyone, and well done 🎉

We had a spacious room with AC that worked really well, and the swimming pool was great. The hotel is on a quiet neighborhood street. In the courtyard there's an interesting mix of plants, including 3 olive trees, plus a goldfish pond. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of meats, cheeses, breads and juices. Supper was excellent too, with a fairly extensive menu and fresh meat and vegetables, not frozen. The hotel itself is quaint and the staff are good. The receptionist also works as the bartender, since the bar is built into the reception rotunda. A couple of things in the room could be better: the frameless shower lets water pool outside, so I soak a towel every time, and the sink drain was partly clogged. I recommend this hotel.

A nice hotel if you're driving. Restaurants take a bit of a walk to reach.

The room was new, spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was free and good, and the staff were nice. The pool looked pleasant, though we didn't use it. The breakfast was only okay, and the reception gave more of a friendly hostel impression than a four-star hotel. There was no hairdryer in the room, the minibar was empty apart from one small complimentary water, and there's no room service or laundry room. We also noticed a strange smell when we entered, and the shower drain was clogged. To me, this would be a great two-star hotel, but it's a low-average four-star one.
