We ate here four times and loved the dishes, especially the Steak rossini, lobster with truffle risotto, and Ris de veau with vegetables. The service was friendly and attentive. Tom has created some amazing food in a beautiful setting. This is the best restaurant in Hyeres, and we highly recommend it.

We came across this place in a New York Times article about Hyères, and it was well worth visiting. The dining room is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. Our hostess and the chef made us a lovely meal, gave us good recommendations, and had several menu options.

The food is a tasty mix of original and local dishes, all presented beautifully by a very friendly staff. The restaurant sits in a lovely garden, and the tables are nicely spaced out. A top restaurant.

The setting is spotless and the cuisine is wonderful, with a subtle touch from the chef. The staff are friendly and service is good. There were some waits between meat courses because it was so busy, but the place is clearly a success. We'll be back.
