Ibis Styles Hyères Rooftop & Spa

Amber, Arthur, and the rest of the staff were so kind to our family. They spoke English as well as another language, gave us great recommendations, and helped solve problems during our visit to Vieux Ville Hyeres, Giens Peninsula, and Ile de Porquerolles. A great place to stay.

Right in the heart of Hyeres, with nice, polite staff who made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and tidy. Upstairs, there’s a rooftop terrace with an open-plan eating area on the same floor.

The pool and well-kept garden were nice places to unwind, and the hotel’s location was close to major attractions while still peaceful. I also enjoyed the restaurant, with its wide food selection and impeccable service. My room was spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and luxurious toiletries. Daily housekeeping kept it immaculate. From arrival, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and check-in was easy, so I got to my room promptly. Ibis Styles Hyères exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The night agent was polite and tried to help by offering another room, but the air conditioning there didn’t work either. He brought me a bottle of Vittel and apologised, so thank you to him. I’d told the staff at night that the room was stifling, and they acknowledged the problem but couldn’t do much, as they’d been told the AC in all the rooms had been checked and approved the week before. The location opposite the train station is perfect, and the room was clean and functional, though a couple of bathroom hooks for towels would help. The air con absolutely didn’t work, which was unacceptable. It cooled down outside in the evening, so I opened the window for a bit of air, but then street and traffic noise woke me up.
