We loved our first trip to Ile du Levant and look forward to coming back. La Villa Mandragore is beautiful, very clean, and well managed, with a relaxing, romantic feel. The walk to the port takes about 5 to 8 minutes along the sentier des naturistes, and it's easy. Getting uphill to the town center at Place Durville takes about 10 minutes, so you'll get some exercise and can reward yourself with a drink at a cafe at the top. Our hosts, Melanie and Clement, were outstanding.

The uphill walk from the port can be a lot with several bags, so I’d use the luggage shuttle on arrival. Once there, though, the sea is right on your doorstep. Every freshly redecorated room has a beautiful view, and the Bains de Diane is an easy walk away. We loved having breakfast on the shared terrace and cooling off in the tucked-away pool. The owners were friendly, and the rooms were lovely.

Our first time at LEVANT and Villa MANDRAGORE, and we’re already looking forward to returning. The hosts were so kind, and the rooms for rent added to the sensual, enchanting feel of the place. The guests all seemed happy to be there, which made sense. It feels like a concept that could be unique for couples. My husband agrees, and he’s not the only one of us eager for another stay 😉

Two nights disappeared too quickly, so we’ll need to come back. Virginie and Marc gave us a warm welcome to this peaceful place on an island that feels outside of time. You can do as much or as little as you like here. It’s pure freedom.

Virginie and Marc were attentive hosts, full of energy and good humor. The villa was comfortable, with lots of amenities and plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy. Having direct access to the sea made the stay even better. We’ll definitely return!
