Résidence Odalys Riviera la Presqu'Ile

The mouse situation was the part that really put us off. Staff came quickly to try to get it out, but the cleaners only used a small brush. We later spotted more droppings behind the sofa and cleaned them ourselves. When I raised it with the manager as we left, he said a mouse was to be expected so close to nature, which felt dismissive, although he did agree the cleanup hadn't been good enough. Some of the facilities also fell short. The pool felt too small and shallow for a development this size, and beyond reception and the pool the landscaping looked unfinished. There was no bar or snack bar, and the bookable breakfast seemed quite expensive. Our terrace was so narrow that we couldn't sit around the table, so we barely used it. A divider partway across also meant access had to be through another room, which wasn't user friendly. Reception itself was the nicest area. We were looking forward to the Odalys holiday, but after this experience we'd think twice before staying at another one.

Really great.

The beach is just a minute away, and having a very clean pool at the residence was a lovely extra. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the welcome was warm. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I'd happily recommend this place.
