Chambres d'Hôtes Domaine les Escargots

Jakob's table d'hôtes was fantastic, definitely something no one should miss. We spent three days feeling completely at ease, with Lydia and Jakob being so warm and pleasant that it felt like a holiday among friends. Many thanks to them both.

Igornay makes an ideal starting point for exploring the Morvan, and we can't recommend it enough. This was our third visit, and once again we were welcomed warmly and looked after so well. Jakob's cooking and Lydia's aperitifs were standouts. We have rarely eaten this well in France, and they really are perfect hosts.

We had such a lovely weekend. The meals were simply perfect, and Lydia and Jacob were exceptionally kind and considerate hosts. Their whole approach is about guests feeling good and happy. For the welcome, comfort, well-being, and quality, it's hard to find better value. A huge thank you to them for everything.

For a peaceful nature break, this is an excellent place. The surroundings are bucolic and relaxing, and the location is very quiet. The garden is beautifully kept and the pool is lovely. Lydia and Jakob are welcoming and accommodating, with a real sense of customer service. I highly recommend it.
