Le stade

The wall “art” pretty much sums up the pretentious, all-front feel of this place. I can't see how it earned three stars. The room phone didn't work, so I had to make several trips to get the young manager to come check it. He came across as arrogant and unhelpful, and didn't seem to know what he was doing. The air conditioning is switched off on a set date regardless of the weather, so be careful if you're stuck here between seasons. There's really nowhere else nearby in this small town.

The pool was a lovely spot to unwind, and there’s also a terrace with seating on the grass under the trees. The hotel was tidy, the room was clean and everything worked, though a few things weren't clean. It was good value for the price and a handy stop on the way to Spain. The staff were really friendly and spoke English. :)

We were heading home after our holiday and they let us check in as early as 10am, which was very kind. The staff were helpful throughout, lending us pool towels for free and then swapping them for umbrellas when the weather got worse. They did it all with a smile. Thanks again.

Secure parking was a great bonus, and it was only a short stroll into town. We slept really well in a comfortable room that was quiet and dark. The staff were friendly and helpful, room service was a nice touch, and breakfast was good too.
