Breakfast was good, and the shared areas stayed clean. The staff were friendly too. The rooms felt a bit cold, and the air conditioning could be improved. There was no extractor in the kitchen.

The staff were helpful and nice, and breakfast was good. The hotel itself is nice, with apartment-style rooms and a choice of apartment types. The rooms are properly equipped, though they don't provide water bottles. It's about a 15-minute walk to the metro.

The area was safe, quiet and pleasant, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I could order food as late as 1 am and find options for my halal diet. The train stations were a 10-15 minute walk, which could be a problem in winter. I stayed five days in a studio. It had a fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Breakfast had a good selection for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, though signs identifying the food would help. I liked the fresh orange juice machine, but hard-boiling eggs took a very long time, which was inconvenient when I was short on time. Breakfast staff were polite, kind and helpful. The biggest disappointment was the unexpectedly tiny, narrow toilet. I also had trouble with early check-in, the main door locking and cleaning. There seems to be no process for handling early check-in requests or responding to them, and the daytime check-in staff had a very bad attitude about it. Requests about problems in the apartment needed repeated follow-ups instead of being handled promptly. The paid room cleaning was very poor. For work, I couldn't use my laptop for long because the outlets were far from the table and the chairs weren't ergonomic. Despite the booking saying each room had a standard workstation, there was only a dining table with small chairs. I had to stretch the power cord to an outlet across the room, creating a tripping hazard.

The only good parts were breakfast and the free tea and coffee. Receptionists were rude and daft. The room never gets cleaned, the doors don't close properly and the heating doesn't work. The toilet is tiny. Don't bother with the laundry: there's no detergent, whatever reception says, and the dryer doesn't work.
