The rooms are small, and the beds weren't very comfortable. The hotel is also some distance from the main attractions, so you'll need to take a train, tram, or bus. Factor that travel cost into the booking, since the savings on the room might come to the same. Breakfast had lots of good options, the rooms were clean, and some of the staff were friendly.

They let me check in at 5am even though the usual check-in time wasn't until noon, and the staff were very kind. Breakfast was unlimited and really tasty. My room was clean, and housekeeping came often. I left valuables in the room without any problems. Very happy with my stay.

A real shame, because the location is amazing, the staff are cool, and the room cleaning was professional. But the bathroom was awful, with mold everywhere. It's a shame to be given a room with that much mold. The water pressure kept changing in the shower, and it burned me badly when it happened unexpectedly. Avoid the second floor.

On our last morning we found bedbugs, and my partner had been bitten. At breakfast the regular cheese was moldy too. I mentioned it to a staff member and got only an “ok,” with no apology or anything. That's definitely not what I'm used to from Ibis.

The one thing I missed in our room was a fridge. For a three-star hotel, I feel there should be one. Aside from that, I'm satisfied and can recommend the hotel. It's in a good spot, fairly near the ReR and bus station, and was clean. Our room had air conditioning, breakfast was good quality, cool water was available free at any time, the staff were friendly, and there was a free internet cafe.
