Hotel Kieffer

In ITTERSWILLER, you're welcomed into a unique atmosphere in a beautiful village where every door seems to belong to a winemaker. Don't miss tasting the Kieffer wines. The owners are so kind and guide you through the different flavors. From check-in, you can feel how personal the welcome is. The hotel is far better than a two-star rating suggests, with clean, calm rooms, each with its own warm atmosphere. I only regretted being there for business. I would have loved to stay longer and enjoy the peaceful setting, fantastic food, and typical local furniture and decorations. Enjoy!

It's a great property in an excellent area, but the service was very poor. We were contacted afterwards with a list of complaints, which felt like a very strange way to manage a hotel. We had paid 300 EUR per night. They said there was toothpaste in the sink, crumbs on the kitchen counter, cushions out of line on the sofa, and a dining chair in the wrong place. We had also accidentally left an item of clothing behind, and the coffee machine had been used without being wiped down. These all seem like minor things, and I've never known a hotel to expect guests to deep clean before leaving. The staff were incredibly rude about it. Maybe they were having a bad day and took it out on someone. Everyone has their moments.

My best experience in France! A lovely, clean hotel with nice decor, set in a beautiful village. The staff are very friendly too. I absolutely recommend it!

That breakfast in such a beautifully tasteful setting is one of the details that makes a stay here stick with us. We keep coming back for the lovely location and the personal, high level of service. This is an amazing place to stay.
