Le Clos de la Viniere

The house and rooms were lovely, and the atmosphere felt so warm. Fabienne and Loïc made us feel very welcome, and dinner was truly excellent. We had a superb time at Clos de la Viniere and highly recommend it!

The food made our bike ride stop memorable: excellent local produce, a delicious charcuterie board, sardines cooked just right, and a local white wine the owner recommended perfectly. We finished with fresh fruit for dessert, shared in such a friendly atmosphere. Le Clos de la Vinière is a peaceful, beautiful spot, and the owner’s kindness really stood out. The welcome was warm, attentive and genuine. We found it during a ride and stopped at the refreshment stand/café. Thanks for such a lovely break. We’ll come back, and maybe stay in the guest rooms too, they look sublime!

I meant to stop for 10 minutes on the Vélodyssée and ended up there for an hour. Loïc welcomed me so warmly, and the conversation just flowed. All I had was a coffee and an apple, but it was enough to make me want to come back and spend longer at this bed and breakfast. I didn’t eat or stay overnight, but I can already recommend the place without hesitation. Cyclists, and everyone else, stop by!

We were cycling the Velodyssee as a family and loved our stay at Clos de la Vinière. The spot is peaceful, right by the marshes, and ideally located. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s a lovely house, with a terrace and a pool that we enjoyed. Fabienne and her husband were delightful, friendly and incredibly accommodating. If you get the chance, try the table d'hôte. We had a wonderful meal and really enjoyed spending time with our hosts. Thank you for everything!
