Appart Hotel Futuroscope 2 - Poitiers

The private parking and location right by Futuroscope were handy. Inside, the studio felt welcoming and clean, with attractive decor and a lovely bathroom. It had everything we needed to feel at home, including a small kitchenette with an oven, fridge, and microwave.

We slept really well in this quiet spot, and the owners were reachable whenever we needed them. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. We stayed two nights for a Futuroscope weekend, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the park, which saved us 9 euros in parking. Great value too. I highly recommend it!

The park is an easy walk from this apartment, which made it ideal for our Futuroscope stay. It was decorated with real taste and set up to be comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The worst part came after checkout. We left at the agreed time, but they then tried to charge us another 70 euros, saying we had moved the coffee maker and a blanket was missing. We had only put the coffee maker on the table because there wasn't an available outlet in the kitchen, and we hadn't used the blanket at all since it was 31 degrees and there were four of us. We offered to come back and sort out the issue, but they didn't reply and blocked us on WhatsApp. Terrible customer service. I've travelled for a long time and never had anything like this happen. I wouldn't go there; they may try to charge you for things you didn't do. Regrettable, and there are much better options. The studio itself was tiny and shabby, with stifling heat. The shared areas were dark and poorly maintained. The bathroom was tiny, and the closet was unusable because it was crammed with things like a mop, stools, and a broom. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and hadn't been made up when we arrived. The sheets smelled musty, and there wasn't even a bottom sheet.
