The hallway noise was constant, especially when a manager walked past in high heels on the tiled floor. We mentioned it to the hotel staff, but they didn’t seem concerned. Cleanliness was another letdown: cobwebs in several corners, and we had to ask specifically for someone to deal with them. We were a family of five arriving late, and David at the front desk was excellent. Still, check-in was a hassle. Our first connecting rooms had a broken connecting door, and the second set had the same problem. The third set finally worked.

The restaurant service stood out: the guy was exotic, in a super good mood and very service minded, and he put us in a good mood too. It’s an ideal transit hotel, with secured parking. The rooms and breakfast are typical IBIS.

In summer, getting a good night's sleep here can be really difficult. The AC is centralized, so you can't adjust how warm the room gets yourself. Even though it was set to 21° C, the room was extremely hot at night.

There’s plenty of parking, and the bed itself was okay. The other staff were friendly too. But I won’t stay here again. Noise came straight through the uninsulated connecting door, making it feel like someone was standing in my room. Breakfast was poor: tables were left uncleared, food wasn’t replenished, and the restaurant staff seemed busy with other things.

The room was modern and nice, and the hotel was very clean. Booking through the website was easy, and we got a lovely, friendly welcome when we checked in.
