We were travelling for work and had several rooms, booked as an all-inclusive package. The restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly. Still, the bathroom had mold stains, as other reviews have mentioned, and the room smelled very musty. The heating was so noisy I had to switch it off to sleep. Sound carried badly between rooms, and the bedding was extremely hard. I'll wait until the renovations are finished before coming back.

The bathroom was in a terrible state. The ceiling was pitted and black with mold, the shower grout was moldy, and there was a cracked, moldy patch in the corner. Ventilation wasn't working, and water dripped onto the windows and mirrors. It was very, very unpleasant. I complained to the manager, who said he hadn't known about the room's condition, but he didn't move me. I regret staying here. Rooms like this shouldn't be rented out!

The only service that came through was the cook, so thank you to them. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7:00 a.m., but it was late. I'd asked for a ground floor room and was told none were available, and even though reception saw me carrying a large suitcase, nobody offered to help. I don't recommend it.

We'll gladly come back. The staff were attentive and welcoming, service was quick even at happy hour, and the menu changes every day. The rooms were very comfortable.

A great restaurant, with original food that's a surprise for a place like this.
