A lovely breakfast, easy parking, and a great spot. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend it.

I stayed here a couple of months ago and left a sentimental item in my room. When I called, the hotel told me nothing had been found. I was annoyed to lose it because it was a gift I had never worn. I even found myself wondering whether the cleaner, who was a person of colour, was paid well enough not to take things guests left behind. A warning to anyone staying here: check that you have all your belongings before you leave, because I don't think you'll get them back afterward. Whoever runs the hotel should have a hiring policy to make sure staff aren't thieves. I believe one of the staff deliberately took my item and kept it.

We went in August 2024. The hotel is near both the beach and the main street with its restaurants and clubs, yet it stays quiet. The service was good, and the staff made us feel at home. The parking was useful, though space was tight and the barrier didn't seem to work, so someone had to open it for us each time. That was a small nuisance. At checkout, which is at 11am, they threatened to fine us if we stayed even a few minutes longer. The bigger problem was the air conditioning. For all seven days, while it was 38 degrees, there was only a little air coming from the vents. They kept saying they'd fix it, but never did. We couldn't sleep and woke up sweating, and it really affected the holiday. Great location and good service, but without working air conditioning it was very uncomfortable and didn't meet our expectations.

Room 107 is on the first floor, facing the street, so it's a bad choice if you're a light sleeper. The street gets cleaned very early, and trash is collected around 4-5 in the morning. It can be a good room if you want it cool, but it has no balcony, just a small French-style one where you can't sit outside. The sea is close by. Antibes is about a 20-minute walk away, and I found it a much prettier place to stay.
