This was the most disappointing place I've stayed in for ten years, both for the accommodation and how they treated us. The house hadn't been cleaned when we arrived: dirty sheets, bathrooms and towels were on the floor, and the trash bins hadn't been emptied. Nobody answered the phone for half an hour. They cleaned many hours later, while we had to wander around in the cold. The old-house smell is understandable, but there are modern ways to deal with it if you care. Some rooms were colder, and there was a hole in the outside wall for some reason. After all that, the only thing we got was an apology. Then they had the nerve to tell us to leave at 9 AM so the cleaner could come in, even though the cleaning clearly hadn't happened after the previous guests. I don't recommend this place and won't return.
