I feel let down. I had to cancel one room from my booking, and at first got an email confirming it and saying a refund would be sent. Nearly three months later, nothing has arrived. They say by email that the money was transferred, but I haven't received it or seen any proof. I can't get through by phone, and my emails sometimes go unanswered or get replies that are wrong or incomplete.

The food was good, though service took a while because they were so busy, with lots of guests from the connected hotel. The staff were really friendly, and dogs are welcome, so I'd recommend it. The terrace by the road was open on Monday, which is hard to find around here 👍

A handy little lunch stop. The Flammkuchen and burger were great, and the food and drinks were all very reasonably priced. There's a small terrace outside and plenty of parking.

The Auberge is an impressive old place, and the owner is warm, upbeat, and always happy to chat. We stopped in while traveling through the Vosges and had a delicious three-course Menu del jour at a very good price. Definitely worth dropping by if you're nearby.
