La Suite du Cladan

I always make sure to fit in my yearly stay at the Gîte du Cladan! This time I had the place to myself, which was such a treat. The gîte is welcoming and beautifully equipped, and I had a calm countryside break in a lovely village, away from all the bustle of Marseille and just before the new school year. The hosts are fantastic and make you feel at home. The area around there is gorgeous, with all kinds of walks to go on. I’m planning another visit in December. We had such a nice Christmas at Cladan a few years back, and we’re hoping to do it again in 2025. See you soon!

In this little Provençal village, the cottage is clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. The owner greeted us with such care and was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you, and well done. We’d happily recommend staying here.

Denis is so welcoming and has thought of everything. The breakfast was very good, and we could even lock up our two bikes, which we’d brought along. A really pleasant stay in a lovely room where everything has been carefully planned. I recommend the Cladan room!

We appreciated the peaceful setting and Denis’s thoughtful gesture when we left. He couldn’t be there, so he asked us to leave the key in the mailbox rather than have the room checked. A big thank you for that kindness. Everything else was just as good: a warm welcome, a spotless room and bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and a delicious breakfast. The homemade apricot jam deserves a special mention. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.
