We decided to see the place for ourselves rather than take the negative review at face value, and found it peaceful, quiet and very beautiful. Martine and Bernard welcomed us warmly and were incredibly attentive. Our room was spacious and cozy, with its own bathroom, and the pool was set aside for us when we arrived. Breakfast was generous and delicious, though we couldn't finish it. The homemade cake was especially tasty. We had a parking spot inside the garden, and everything seemed arranged to make the stay pleasant. If you're passing through L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, I wholeheartedly recommend this bed and breakfast. Thank you for two wonderful days.

We really enjoyed the relaxing setting and the pool, along with the generous, excellent breakfast. The owners were very pleasant and made us feel warmly welcome. We'd gladly return to this lovely bed and breakfast, and highly recommend it for a great stay in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Fred and Céline

€140 was a rip-off for what we got. Don't be fooled. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi signal poor, and there was no TV or mini-fridge. We managed with our own cooler. The TV wasn't essential, but at that price it would have been nice to catch the news in the morning. The welcome felt borderline unpleasant, like we were intruding while the owner was entertaining family. There was no peace and quiet. The owner's children and grandchildren used the pool until around 6 pm, with kids screaming all afternoon. We had to stay in our room with the windows shut to get any quiet. I sent video evidence to Booking.com, who were understanding, so thank you to them for giving me a small compensation. You don't pay €140 to spend the afternoon with the owner's family. During dinner, the owner came into our room to turn off the air conditioning. It was a heatwave, 42°C in the shade, and when we got back the room was suffocating. Unacceptable. Breakfast was ordinary: coffee or hot chocolate, fruit juice, pastries, bread with jam, yogurt or fresh cheese, and stale cake. No fruit, cheese, or savory options. At €140, I expected a more varied selection.

The room was lovely and very clean, and the bathroom spotless. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and we really enjoyed chatting with the friendly owners. Breakfast was perfect too. We'll definitely be back!
