The domain is beautiful, and I’d suggest visiting in low season. We were given a balcony room at no extra charge, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. A great hotel that deserves its four stars, and one I’d recommend.

4/10
The staff weren't very helpful or kind, and once breakfast got late there was nothing left. The hotel looks much nicer in photos than it does in person. Our air conditioning was broken, the room wasn't clean, and the old building had stains on the carpet. The pool was dirty and missing all its tiles, with another pool closed. This wasn't what I'd expect from a four-star hotel. I'd call it two stars, and even a two-star place should be clean.

6/10
The staff are doing their best, and our room was clean with fresh linen. But the grounds and property maintenance have been badly neglected and have got worse since last year. The balcony furniture was covered in mildew, and there was tea and coffee in the room but never any milk.

2/10
I missed three conference calls because the Wi-Fi here couldn't provide a decent connection. We were told it was slow because it was too hot, which was upsetting on its own. People work from anywhere these days, and we need Wi-Fi. Breakfast was poor too, as were the pool loungers. This place could be spectacular, but clearly nobody really cares for it. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed.

10/10
The location gave us easy access to the market and lots of good shops and restaurants, and we felt we got good value for our money. We loved the stay. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the view from our balcony was lovely.
