Villa Troletti, hôtel particulier de luxe en provence

We spent two nights at Palais Aoma and loved it. Clara and Lisa deserve a special mention for going out of their way to make everything perfect. Everyone was warm, attentive, and keen to make our stay special, even helping with dinner reservations while taking our dietary restrictions into account. The property is beautiful, with thoughtful design and decor in every corner. Highly recommend this hotel.

The house and furniture are absolutely beautiful, and the two women at the desk were wonderful. That's where the good experience ended. The hotel says it's dog friendly, so we booked with our two dogs. The next day the owner came outside to chastise us for bringing them and went on about how expensive his furniture was. We felt so uncomfortable, like scum, that we got in our cars and left. The room was beautiful, but it was advertised as having two bedrooms. For 400 euro, we got one bedroom plus a bed in the lounge, with a shared bathroom. People sleeping in the lounge were woken up all night by those from the main room needing the toilet. It felt like a hostel. The owner may be proud of his expensive furniture, but he has a lot to learn about customer service.

What a hidden gem, and really classy. There's so much to see, with great art and taste throughout. I loved relaxing in the terrace hot tub, taking in the views and listening to the birds. Make sure to get a massage from Aoma before you leave! Zahra was warm, hospitable, polite, attentive, and kind. Thanks to her, and to Marc-Antoine for his generosity and recommendations. He can really put on a show at the piano. I'll be back!

We'd visit again. This is an amazing BnB inspired by great art, with fantastic service and a beautiful space. It's a renovated 15th Century Convent, with art in every corner and air conditioning too.
