2/10
The hotel was reasonable and the staff were friendly, but the Wi-Fi was down for at least seven hours straight. I reported it at 4:30 pm; it still wasn't fixed at 5:20, and when I got back at 10:30 pm there was still no internet and nobody at reception. Nobody answered the phone either. More than a few minutes without Wi-Fi at a Best Western is absolutely unacceptable.

The room was quite small, with no air conditioning or refrigerator in 2022. It was okay for a night or two.
