The staff were so nice throughout, and breakfast was excellent. les Dunes feels like the sort of hotel where you start to feel at home. It's affordable and close to La Baule's shops and restaurants, with the beach no more than a 10-minute walk away. The weather wasn't great during my visit, but I still had a lovely time. Thanks, les Dunes. I'll be back.

I had a really bad stay. The staff were rude, and even though I put a do not disturb sign on the door, they went into the room and through all my things. I can't even tell what's missing. They couldn't manage to apologize either. I don't recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is the best I've had in France, looking back over more than 30 years. The concierge was helpful, though the atmosphere felt a little impersonal. My room was quite small, and the bathroom and toilet were even tinier. It wouldn't have been convenient for two people. If you want a glass beaker in your bathroom instead of a single-use plastic cup, ask reception.

My girlfriend and I had a really pleasant break at Hôtel des Dunes over the Pentecost long weekend. The room was great, and the hotel as a whole felt welcoming. Thanks again for a lovely vacation!

The staff were very friendly, and cleanliness is clearly a top priority. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast during my four-day stay in August and would definitely stay here again.
