A La Maison D'hotes

We found the rooms cozy, and on fine days breakfast is served out on the terrace. The welcome was perfect, too. It's very quiet and secluded, with a little reading corner and a range of books by the entrance. The pool is fenced, which is reassuring for families with young children.

The outdoor space was a highlight, with a secure pool, summer kitchen, barbecue, and pétanque court, all beautifully kept. Inside, the stone house is spotless and roomy, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, reading nook, and five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It had the feel of an Italian agriturismo rental. We had a wonderful family holiday, and the peaceful location was handy for visiting villages across the Drôme.

We loved relaxing by the lagoon-style pool, with loungers all around and an outdoor kitchen under a pergola, including a fridge and water point. The gîte is well placed for trips around Drôme Provençale and as far as Vaucluse, between Grignan, Montélimar, Bollène, Valréas, Vaison-la-Romaine, and Avignon. The building is lovely and furnished with taste, with the owners' part separate from the bed and breakfast rooms and gîtes. The owners were attentive and friendly to everyone. A wonderful stay, and well done to them! 🙂

Frédérique greeted us warmly with a welcome drink, and the setting was so peaceful, just right for relaxing. Our room in the lovely stone building was spacious, beautiful, and very well cared for. The big pool was much appreciated in the heat. We had a really pleasant stay and would love to come back.
