You said the room was clean, but the attached toilet photo shows it wasn’t. And the breakfast was very expensive for what was offered. About the shower head, I told you at 7:45 in the morning on my first day, 18/02/2026. You said you’d repair it the next day, but that didn’t happen. It was fixed on 20/02/2026, my last day, so I showered with it broken for two nights. You’re paid to provide proper service and should check rooms before guests arrive. You said it only needed a simple adjustment, but the entire shower head holder was replaced. The photo is attached, and anyone with a little mechanical knowledge can see it was broken. Please stop hiding the truth and apologize. As for your claim that the booking information was shared, it was me who chose your hotel based on booking.com and asked the agency to make the reservation for me. That site was my reference, and it contained no information about this. And I confirm that, after the aggressive behavior, you let me eat in the hotel canteen on the first night.

There’s a well-kept pool outside, with a little place to sit and relax. Breakfast in the morning is modest in size but has a good selection. The rooms are simple and perfectly good, and the hotel works well for both business and a break. It’s a small, cute place, run by a very energetic self-employed owner. They offer every service they can, and nothing seems like too much trouble.

A comfortable bed matters, and this one was good. The little hotel is cozy, decent, and clean, with a lovely pool and terrace. We got such a friendly welcome on a hot afternoon. That person really knows hospitality. One small nuisance: you have to say ahead of time when you’ll have breakfast and whether you want tea or coffee. I just don’t know that a day in advance :)

DO NOT BOOK HERE. We arrived in the afternoon on 7 August 2023 and immediately found the apartment unsuitable. The very low ceiling and almost nonexistent windows made it feel claustrophobic, and the strong potpourri smell made that suffocating feeling worse. The website photos and description didn’t show the apartment’s real condition or location. It wasn’t just “an annex”: to get there, you have to cross the street, with no direct access to the hotel or swimming pool. That doesn’t work with small children. We had booked it for four nights. We raised our concerns right away with Noe, the very welcoming and empathetic receptionist. We were shown a beautiful suite, but it was available for only one night and cost twice as much. We asked to speak with the manager while we were there. The owner seemed to be on holiday and refused to talk to us by phone. We looked for somewhere else and told the hotel. The owner then emailed to say he would still charge us for two full nights, even though we were there and rejected the apartment’s condition. The small print only mentions a two-day charge for a no-show, which wasn’t our situation. #dishonest DO NOT BOOK HERE.
