Gite De la Sueur au Bonheur

Marc and Isabelle were so kind and thoughtful, and gave us great tips for exploring this lovely region. The cottage has a cozy feel and beautiful Provençal decor, and the whole week was quiet and relaxing. Our room was comfortable, the sheets smelled lovely, the shower was excellent, and the towels were good quality. Breakfast was a real treat, homemade, hearty, and varied. We couldn't fault the welcome or the stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was spotless, and parking was easy right outside the owners' gate. The cottage is lovely, tucked among greenery in the south, with a nice secluded pool. The owners greeted us with a smile, and breakfast was very generous, often with homemade cakes.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, and the accommodation was cozy and clean. It has a spacious shower and air conditioning, and the wooded outdoor area is lovely, with a small terrace, pool, and sun loungers. It's in a quiet, convenient spot near Aix-en-Provence, Cassis, La Ciotat, Marseille, and other places. We found it suited a night or two better than a longer stay. The fridge is too small for a week's groceries, and there isn't much storage, so our clothes stayed in our suitcases. Washing dishes in the little sink was awkward too. The TV reception was poor, and the Wi-Fi very weak. One thing to know is that the accommodation is semi-detached and isn't private. The spaces are shared with another guest room and the owner.

We stayed for five nights, and the cottage was fantastic: very clean, practical, and even seemed larger than it looked in the photos. Our hosts were incredibly kind, and the place was peaceful and relaxing. You can book with confidence. I'd give it six stars if I could. Thanks again for having us.
