The welcome was thoughtful and warm, and everything was set up for a memorable family holiday. Our stay was wonderful, with a clean, well-equipped place and tasteful decor. We'd recommend it 100%.

We had a really enjoyable stay in this comfortable, well-equipped place with nice decor, and it's a great base for visiting Auvergne. One disappointment: something about the spa products made our noses and lungs sting, so we couldn't use the bubble spa. Luckily, that wasn't the reason we booked.

For our fourth year of spa treatments, we rented this place for three weeks so we could enjoy the space and terrace. It's very comfortable and well equipped, and seems suited to winter as well as summer. The location is ideal: shops nearby, close to Fenestre Park, and only a five-minute walk from the thermal baths entrance. Street parking was easy. I highly recommend it and would come back if we return.

The apartment was lovely, spacious, and furnished with real taste. We got a warm welcome and excellent service, and the spa was a treat after our hikes.

Our group of seven found the place very comfortable. It has modern conveniences but still feels properly cozy, and being close to the shops is a big plus.
