On our visit to Bourboule, my family and I took a break at the sidewalk café. We all had crepes, and some of us ordered coffee too. It was a lovely spot in town for a relaxing afternoon.

We stopped on the terrace for an afternoon snack on a sunny evening. The crepes and waffles were delicious, as were the cold drinks and mulled wine. Service was excellent and the prices very reasonable. Thank you.

The glasses and serving dishes were filthy. My partner’s Desperados came in a horrifyingly dirty glass, and the little milk jug for my coffee had brown splashes stuck all over it. The coffee cup itself tasted very salty. I stopped drinking my coffee, and my daughter left her hot chocolate untouched. We’d come in for an afternoon snack. Avoid this place, and health inspectors really ought to visit 🤦♀️.
