The terrace breakfast was generous, and the place is excellent value. I stayed one night at the "La Libellule Brédoise" in La Brède on July 11th while cycling this year. My double room was lovely and comfortable, with a bathroom and shower, and everything was very clean. The owner greeted me with a friendly smile, and my bike was kept under the patio. There’s free Wi-Fi and guests can use the swimming pool. It’s right on the EuroVelo 3 cycle route. I’d definitely recommend it to other cycle tourists.

We only stayed one night, but left completely won over. The welcome was especially warm, and the room was very clean. The place was pleasant, with the COVID-19 protocol fully in place. Breakfast had everything we like and was served at the time we requested, up until 9:30 am. We highly recommend staying here.

The small things to improve are a chair in the bathroom, a bedroom hook, and a wider duvet. I passed those suggestions on to the owner, but they don’t take away from the quality of the stay. The pool was well maintained, and the separate building made for a quiet, well-soundproofed room. The owner was attentive and available while still being discreet. Breakfast came with quality products. Great place!
