We had a real joy of a stay. Everything was very clean, and the staff at the front of house were so lovely and helpful throughout. The breakfast and dinner were superb, and the bar was wonderful. Our room was spacious and lovely, with breathtaking views. The hotel is close to everything, so getting around on foot was easy, and the pool was wonderful too. We’d definitely book here again if we came back.

The service was painfully slow, and among the worst in all of Haute-Savoie. Our food took an hour and a half to arrive, then it took nearly as long for anyone to clear the empty plates. They even brought dessert while the rubbish was still on the table. I’ve been dragged here many times, so I know this is how the place normally operates. I’ll turn down any future invitations to the Ensoleille. Awful.
