Le Marie Lydie

The location is so peaceful, and we even saw donkeys outside the house. The rooms were stylish and clean, and we loved the spa, though we wished we could have stayed there longer :).

That little balcony was lovely in the afternoon sun, with snow-covered mountains right in front of us. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and the whole house felt warm, cosy and beautifully decorated. We spent four nights at Le Lydie Marie on a ski trip and had half board. Dinner each evening was homemade and clearly made with care. It felt like a home away from home, and every cent was worth it. If you're staying near Chatel, this is a wonderful place.

The dining was lovely, and the house itself feels like a work of art in wood, lit and decorated with real care. Add the amazing private spa, and it has that rare feeling of being at home with five-star comfort.

Our room was spacious, clean and had a lovely view. Marie Lydie was so kind, and she cooked dinner really well. The meals were tasty and the portions generous. It's a very nice apartment near Chatel.
