We really enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel staff were lovely. The pool was pleasant and the sauna was just right, but the steam room and jacuzzi were both too cool. After skiing, I wanted to sit in a hot jacuzzi and a steam room with actual steam.

The staff were so kind and helpful, especially with my child. The rooms were clean and a standard size for the region. There’s a small pool, sauna and hammam, and it’s very close to the center, restaurants and ESF ski courses. It was especially nice and quiet in March during the low season. Thank you.

We had lovely rooms and enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. The service was easy to deal with, even though our French is limited. Being in central La Crusax made it simple to get to the shops and sights. I wish we'd stayed longer!

They made us feel very welcome, and the pool was great. The location is top notch. I'll definitely stay here again.
