Prices are reasonable, especially in peak season. The club is outside Nice, up on a hill, so I'd recommend arriving by car.

We had a little townhouse with air conditioning on both floors and enough beds for two adults and three kids. At about $100 a night in high season, that felt like very good value. The resort is quiet and relaxed, with mature trees, lovely landscaping, and a pool for taking it easy. It's just outside Nice, with convenient access to the area's villages, including Saint Paul de Vence, as well as Nice and Antibes. A great option for families wanting a peaceful, green setting while still being able to explore.

The grounds are in need of major renovation. There was obvious wear throughout, beyond what a fresh coat of paint could fix. The climbing walls were closed, the minigolf course was in poor condition, and the football pitch wasn't level and needed fencing. The location is lovely, though a bit far from the center of nice. If you're after poolside downtime and relaxation, it works well.

For a short, inexpensive stay, this suited what I needed. The hills location is away from the busy coast, and the atmosphere was relaxed and very family-friendly. My room was small, with a comfortable full-size bed that folded down, and there was no self-service tea or coffee. The residence could use a face-lift. If you're part of the "club," it seems like a good holiday option for couples and families.
