What stood out to me was how well looked after the villa is. There are people taking care of everything, so even with all its features it stays in excellent condition. It's a luxurious place for large events, with a chic pool, detached houses, an open veranda, and loads of beds. The villa is surrounded by beautiful trees and sits close to the attractions. I’ve been running this blog for years and hardly ever make personal recommendations, but I’m happy to do so here. If you want to surprise yourself and your loved ones, stay at Villa 45. Anyone visiting this part of France should spend at least a couple of days there.

The location made Villa 45 a great base for exploring Provence. It has lovely views of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, and Nice, Cannes, St.Tropes, the villages, and historic sites were easy to reach. We also loved how peaceful and picturesque the surroundings were, and how warmly the hosts welcomed us. We spent a week there recently, and it was unforgettable. The villa was spacious and comfortable, with tasteful indoor decor, a lovely garden, a pool, and plenty of places to sit outside for lounging or meals. It had all the amenities we wanted for a relaxing holiday.

We had an amazing vacation here. The hosts were incredible, and the villa had everything we could have wanted. With its views, location close to everything from Monaco to Nice, the beaches, and fine dining, it's hard to imagine a better place to stay in the South of France. We’ll definitely be back ❤️

We celebrated a birthday here with friends and had a really nice time. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the villa is a very calm place to spend a holiday or mark a special occasion. It's also very close to St Paul de Vence, one of the most beautiful villages on the Cote d'Azur.

I had my birthday weekend at the villa and loved it. The host was lovely and really helpful, and I especially enjoyed having a private chef for the special dinner party. It's a little paradise tucked away in the quiet of La Colle sur Loup. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and both the pool and summer terrace are cozy and practical. I'd love to come back 🙌🏼
