The shower room and toilet were in better shape than at the other ones we've stayed in. The shower holder and sink plug were both there, which made things much easier. Cheap and just right for a one-night stopover.

That little cat wandering around the property was a nice surprise. The room was warm and clean, the shower was hot, and breakfast was good. I was nervous after reading the bad reviews, but my stay was actually nice. It’s a great spot if you’re going to the Angouleme comic festival and can’t find a room in the city. I took the bus each day, about 30 minutes to get there. With the affordable price, it was a good deal.

The low price makes it a reasonable place to spend a short night while recovering from the trip from Spain to Holland. The rooms are very small, though, and some things were damaged, including the bathroom taps and night lamp.

We arrived to find the reception closed, even though the gate to the car park was open. The room was in very bad shape, with dirty sheets marked with black, a scuffed door and wall, and a TV remote that didn’t work. There was also a barking dog in the neighbouring room.

I was charged twice for my room. I’ve contacted the hotel several times asking them to send my invoice, but they haven’t been cooperating.
