The restaurant uses local produce, and the estate rosé goes really well with the food. The spa is small but nicely done, too. We came across Château de Valmer a couple of three years ago, and it’s quickly become a favorite. Set above its own vineyard, the property runs down to a private beach, a combination that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s a quieter choice than the busier places around Saint-Tropez, and that’s part of its appeal.

We’re already making plans to come back after a delightful five-night stay at Château de Valmer. Our room was spectacular, with a breathtaking view of the ocean in the distance. The estate felt serene, rustic, and elegant, with vineyards and gardens all around. At night, the old olive tree in the charming courtyard looked beautiful lit up. We had wonderful breakfasts each day on the outdoor terraces. The staff were so welcoming, especially Emilie, Santin, and Valentine, who were warm, attentive, and clearly wanted to make our stay memorable. The place brings together natural beauty, timeless charm, and gracious hospitality. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

We’ve been here twice now, and it’s a superb hotel. The staff are incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere feels sophisticated while still being relaxed. You don’t find this kind of service much these days. The rooms are nice, the facilities are in good shape, and the spa is a little haven. Not for people looking to party, but great for anyone after class and style. Thank you, we’ll be back.

The peaceful gardens and handy path to the beach were highlights, and the service was top notch. My wife says this is her favorite Relais property out of the dozen we’ve stayed at. I’m not sure why some people complain about the service. Everyone we met was kind, smiling, and helpful. We had a really lovely stay and I’d highly recommend it.
