A beautiful, peaceful space in a quiet street, just metres from the sea. Such a relaxing little hotel, just perfect.

The owner was so welcoming, and the location made it easy to explore la Flotte and the island of Ré. A perfect spot. Book ahead 😃

Everything was easy to reach on foot from this ideally placed hotel. After sightseeing, the lovely patio was a great spot to unwind. We were welcomed so warmly and attentively, too. I’d happily recommend staying here!

We were comfortable right away at Villa Hyppocampe on Île de Ré. The house is bright and peaceful, with elegant, tasteful decor, well-equipped bedrooms, and beds we found really comfortable. We slept like babies. The sunny terrace is spacious, and the little in-ground pool was just right for cooling off and having fun, for kids and adults alike. The beach at Bois-Plage-en-Ré is only a five-minute walk, with shops nearby as well. A beautiful rental for a fantastic family or friends’ holiday. I highly recommend it!
