All the accommodation has been fully renovated, and everything feels new. There are plenty of dishes and cleaning supplies, and linens can be rented. There’s also a secure place to keep bicycles. The space is welcoming and comfortable, with all the conveniences close by. The village is lively and friendly, with its daily market and the port just steps away. Book for a lovely holiday.

Getting around was easy on foot or by bike, and we had excellent communication with the very responsive owners beforehand. Laura was so friendly and gave us tips on hidden gems around the island. The house was spotless and perfectly located in the center of La Flotte. Private parking for both the car and bikes was a real luxury. It was just right for a great Île de Ré holiday with our two young children. We highly recommend Le Clôt des Flots and will definitely return! 🙂

The only concern for us was the very steep staircase. A gate on the first floor would help when staying with young children. Otherwise, we had a great week at La Dune, a practical place in a good location.

The private gated parking was a real bonus, and the place was peaceful while still being close to the center, port, and shops. We stayed in a lovely little house at Clos des Flots that was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Its enclosed private patio was just right for eating outside or relaxing.

Laura and Benjamin made us feel as if friends had welcomed us. They’re such warm hosts. Our rental was exactly as described, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with nothing we could fault. We loved our week on Île de Ré, highly recommend the place, and will certainly return.
