Dinner was really good, and breakfast was excellent. The room felt comfortable, with traditional French decor, and was very clean. The staff were friendly too. At that price, I can't find anything to fault.

I called to ask about confirming the booking by giving half my card number over the phone and sending the other half by email, for security. They told me that if I couldn't trust them, I should find somewhere else, then hung up. Is that really how a customer should be treated?

The managers couldn't provide breakfast because of recent family events, but they pointed us to spots just a short walk away. The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. For its location, the value for money is exceptional. We'll definitely come back!
