Jane and Alban made everything feel easy and comfortable, and were such wonderful hosts. Villa Fontane is a beautiful, unusual place to stay, with a great spot for exploring and a lovely setting to just relax. We can't recommend it enough.

The estate has pleasant walking paths, a pool, and very nice accommodations. Jane made breakfast for us each morning, while Alban shared helpful local tips on places to visit, routes, and parking. They were both lovely hosts and made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended.

Jane and Alban are generous, thoughtful hosts, and I'd happily return. The rooms are cosy and lovely, the pool is just right, and the gardens are a delight. It's a wonderful base for unwinding and exploring Provence.

We loved the garden, especially its sheltered little corners for sitting down with a book when it was warm. La Fontane is tucked away, but in a good way, and the pool was just the right size and temperature, a real godsend. It's a beautiful spot in a charming Provençal village in La Pleine des Maures, with small boutiques and plenty of restaurants and bars. Alban and Jane were incredibly helpful with sights and the quickest routes, especially for getting to the Tuesday market in St Tropez. Their suggestions for La Cap Taillat and L’Escalet were worth taking, and don't miss the gorgeous beach at Gigaro. We highly recommend it.

The house is beautiful, and those croissants were so good. Jane and Alban took such good care of us that it felt like staying with friends.
