Actif Résidence Les Cyclades

Handy if you're using public transport, and the room was spacious as well as neat.

The room was in a catastrophic state: dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, and the photos speak for themselves. At €90, it felt extremely expensive, especially since parking cost another €10 and that charge isn't mentioned on their website. I was already disappointed by the hygiene, but the wait made the arrival worse. I'd told them beforehand that I was coming very early, and the receptionist said not to worry because they'd find a solution. No solution came, and I waited more than four hours before I could get into my room. I had been planning to return, but after this deplorable hygiene, I won't be going back. I'm truly shocked by the state of the hotel and its service.

The rooms are basic, but very clean, and the kitchenette is really practical. The reception staff are friendly, whether it's daytime or night. I'd recommend it.

The hotel is in a good spot, and parking is available for €9 a day. That's the one redeeming feature. Hygiene was appalling. Our first room smelled awful, had ants on the doors, stained bedding, mold in the shower, blood marks on the walls, sticky floors, and more. They gave us keys to another room, but it was hardly cleaner, with stained bedding and mold in the shower again. There was no compensation. The hygiene is a complete disaster, and staying in those conditions is disgusting. Several other reviews describe the same experience. Staff were barely understanding. Avoid it, you can find better for the price.
