The pool is great, and the whole residence is gated, so it feels secure. It's a pretty, pleasant place, with the beach and sunset market an 8-minute walk away. Don't bother looking for streets, just go straight through the park and residences. The port center and the zero-hour parking area are too far away, so you'll need a car and paid parking. One issue: around twenty children played ball and shouted right in front of our apartment until 11 pm, even though that isn't allowed.

The large pool sits in the middle of a splendid residence surrounded by lush greenery, and there's a smaller pool for toddlers. Roxim shopping center is a 5-minute walk, with a bakery, tobacconist, bar, restaurant, and convenience store. It's 10 minutes on foot to the sea and 15 to the Sunset district, a lively area full of shops and restaurants. Pure bliss. Go for it without hesitation. This has been my home for years ❤️❤️❤️.

The residence is really well maintained and very family-friendly. Max does a fantastic job supervising the pool.

Magnificent pool and a superb location! The rules say no noise, no ball games, and no damaging the lawn, but the kids don't respect any of it. They should have a security guard to enforce that.
